Antidotes for the Times
These are some of the ways I meet the moment in the spaces I facilitate:
Radical presence and noticing
Co-regulating with the room and working with its energy
Humour and mischievousness
Root System
Some of the experiences, lineages, and practices that shape how I move through the world:
Formal education in philosophy and religious studies—paired with the capacity to listen beneath the surface
A beautiful garden of mentors and teachers who nourish and inspire my approach
Belief that body and land are powerful teachers—sustained through yoga, dance, singing, trekking, growing, weightlifting, and sometimes martial arts like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Capoeira
Ten years working frontline with communities considered marginalized—learning care, creativity, and relational accountability
A deepening practice of deathcare, rooted in the lessons of composting, hospicing, and the birth/life/death/rebirth cycle as a leadership path

Personal Note
It’s the kind of thing that surprises even me—this new relationship with song. Lately, I’ve been exploring my musicality and finding my singing voice. It’s been deeply joyful, grounding, and slowly becoming something I can share with others.
